PointPark Properties (P3) has started construction on a new 12,000 sqm extension in PointPark Bratislava for furniture retailer Möbelix.

The company will soon occupy over 39,500 sqm in the complex, where it already operates on 26,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,700 sqm of offices. The new building should be completed in December. PointPark Bratislava currently consists of 122,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, leased by tenants such as Whirlpool, Brightpoint, HBPO and Schnellecke Logistics.
