Logistics operators Kurier and Pcms have leased about 4,350 sqm in Europolis Park Błonie. In contrast, NUAIR Polska has extended a lease agreement for more than 2,000 sqm in Distribution Park Okęcie.

Kurier belonging to Van Group provides domestic and international logistics services and also provides warehousing and customs services. The company has 21 branches in Poland and 5 abroad. The logistics operator has leased exactly 2,743 sqm of warehouse space in Europolis Park Błonie.

Pcms is specializing in contract logistics. The logistics operator provides logistic services throughout the country and EU. Company’s fleet consists of dozens of cars. Pcms has warehouses in Warsaw and Upper Silesia region. Pcms has leased additional 1,570 sqm of warehouse space.

NUAIR Polska is a part of an international group FINI-NUAIR with headquarter in Turin. NUAIR Polska is a distributor of a wide range of pneumatic tools, compressors, power tools in Poland and abroad. The company has extended the lease agreement for 2,174 sqm, within 1,850 sqm of warehouse space and 324 sqm of office space in Distribution Park Okęcie belonging to Hines.

Europolis Park Błonie is one of the largest logistics complexes in the Warsaw area. The warehouse park offers storage space for rent for logistics, distribution and light manufacturing. The park is located in Błonie, about 25 miles west of Warsaw by the expressway route E-30, which makes it possible to carry out flexible distribution to the Warsaw market and nationwide. The centre is dedicated to customers interested in renting large and medium-sized warehouse space. The total area of the park is 176 000 sqm of modern warehouse space, and will ultimately have 317,000 sqm.

Distribution Park Okecie is a logistics centre located in the Okecie district near the international airport in Warsaw, close to the E67 route. Centre consists of four buildings with a total area of 39,000 sqm. There are 556 parking space and the access to the storage space is provided by 55 docs. The owner of the complex is Hines Polska on behalf of Hines Global REIT.
