Nearly 7500 sqm for Iron Mountain in Europolis Park Błonie
AXI IMMO has brokered a transaction for the lease of warehouse and office space for Iron Mountain Polska in Europolis Park Blonie belonging to CA IMMO.

The company, which manages paper and digital archives, has leased 7200 m2 of warehouse space and 250 m2 of office space.
Iron Mountain is an international company engaged in information management and data protection. The company helps organisations reduce costs and improve the management of their physical and digital data. Iron Mountain was established in 1951 and is listed on the stock exchange in New York. It has more than 1000 outlets throughout the world, serving customers in 35 countries.
In line with the business’ strategy, this is the first of three investments that we are planning. The quality, safety and efficiency of our solutions mean that our group of customers is constantly growing. We chose the Europolis Park Blonie, because we wanted a convenient connection to Warsaw while maintaining high-quality warehouse space, said Marcin Niewiadomski, Operation Director at Iron Mountain Polska.
We are pleased that another company has decided to cooperate with CA Immo within Europolis Park Blonie. The interest in warehouse space in this complex is due to its favourable location – about 25 km from Warsaw – together with access to the expanding road infrastructure. As a result, the park offers optimal conditions for conducting various activities, underlined Agata Wołos, Leasing Manager at CA IMMO.
The transaction for Iron Mountain is a confirmation of the dominant position of Warsaw on the warehouse map of Poland. We are observing increased interest among tenants not only in locations around Pruszków, but also in the warehouse parks in Blonie. Tenants appreciate the good location, the greater choice of modules that are available immediately and the competitive rents, summarised Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO.
Europolis Park Błonie is one of the largest logistics complexes in the Warsaw area. The warehouse park offers storage space for rent for logistics, distribution and light manufacturing. The park is located in Błonie, about 25 miles west of Warsaw by the expressway route E-30, which makes it possible to carry out flexible distribution to the Warsaw market and nationwide. The centre is dedicated to customers interested in renting large and medium-sized warehouse space. The total area of the park is 176 000m2 of modern warehouse space, and will ultimately have 317 000 m2.
