More than 13,800 sqm in transactions at Panattoni Park Pruszków
Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, has signed three lease contracts at Panattoni Park Pruszków, for more than 13,800 sqm in total.
Two companies have extended their contracts: DSV Road and JAS FBG S.A., the latter of which has leased an additional 1,800 sqm. Also, Simba Toys, an existing client of the park, extended its leased space by 1,500 sqm.
Panattoni Europe announced transactions concluded at Panattoni Park Pruszków near Warsaw. Three clients have given their stamp of approval to the logistics centre. Two have extended their lease contracts: the leading operator in domestic and international road freight – DSV Road, part of an international Group specialising in logistics as well as road, air and sea freight, has decided to stay at the park on 5,360 sqm as before. The second client is JAS FBG S.A. – one of the leading logistics operators in Poland, providing a comprehensive service in transport, freight forwarding and logistics, who apart from prolonging the contract, also extended the leased space by 1,800 sqm and is now leasing 7,014 sqm. Yet another client – a toy distributor Simba Toys Polska, has leased an additional 1,500 sqm.
Panattoni Park Pruszków is a complex of three facilities with a total space of 79,000 sqm. The park offers a broad range of warehousing solutions, suited to the needs of various business sectors. The investment boasts an excellent location – in Pruszków, just 15 km from the city centre of Warsaw; and convenient access by road. The centre lies 800 metres from the national road no 2 (E30) Warsaw-Poznań, near the “Pruszków” junction on the A2 motorway.
