HEBAR develops in Warsaw
The distributor of nuts and dried fruits, HEBAR, rents a warehouse and office at the Opacz-Kolonia node in Warsaw. The tenant was represented in the negotiation process by AXI IMMO.

The dynamically developing distributor of nuts and dried fruits on the Polish market, HEBAR Sp. z o.o. decided to lease over 1,300 sqm of warehouse and office space in a private investment belonging to Italux. The park is located next to the Opacz-Kolonia junction in Warsaw. The tenant was represented in the negotiation by AXI IMMO.
The HEBAR company, established in 2015, continues the business activity that has been present on the market since 1993. From the beginning of its operation on the Polish market, the company has been importing, packaging and selling dried fruits, nuts, seeds and grains.
HEBAR optimizes and integrates processes into the new warehouse
– We are a company with an established position on the Polish market, which allows us to plan the next stages of development based on our experience. We decided to relocate and consolidate the existing space to one A-class warehouse, which is clearly visible from the Warsaw ring road. We assessed that the new location will allow us to integrate and optimize processes, expand the offer of goods and services, and reach more customers – explains Konrad Pych, HEBAR Sp. z o.o. owner.
– The new location provides the client with excellent distribution conditions. The neighborhood of the facility right next to the Opacz-Kolonia junction at the intersection of S2 and S7 expressways enables comfortable transport to the north, south and west of Poland, and in the perspective of 2021, after the completion and opening of the South Warsaw Bypass, also to the east of the country. Logistics in the Warsaw agglomeration and Mazovia voivodship will be well optimized – says Damian Kińczyk, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO.
– We have signed a contract with a market-proven company that appreciated the standard and location of our property. We hope that the quality of our cooperation and the future development of HEBAR company will grant that the client decides to extend the contract with further warehouse space – says Anna Strzelczyk, Italux owner.
