Centrum Kowale is being built in a fast-growing part of Tri-City, among large housing estates and adjacent areas inhabited by about 40 000 people. The commercialisation of the centre is being handled exclusively by AXI IMMO, an expert in the commercial real estate. So far, leases have been signed in Centrum Kowale for the following stores and outlets: a Tesco hypermarket, a Ganesh restaurant, a Play customer service outlet, a PEPCO discount store, a Main Optic salon and a Kolporter outlet.
Further tenants in the Tri-City Centrum Kowale
In June, new companies joined those mentioned above: a Zoolandia pet store, which rented 206 m2, and a Familia pharmacy, which will occupy 130 m2. Centrum Kowale will also accommodate a tailoring outlet.
“The new tenants complement well the optimum tenant mix for a convenient shopping centre development,” says Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO. “Centres of this type are designed to meet the basic needs of neighbourhood residents and enable quick and efficient shopping. The neighbourhood of Centrum Kowale there is no alternative for local residents other than visiting fairly distant, large shopping centres. The new tenants will complement the existing offer of Centrum Kowale perfectly and they will certainly be visited frequently by customers.”
Centrum Kowale location
The centre is being built on ul. Staropolska near the Tri-City S6 bypass, directly by the 221 highway. It will be a modern shopping centre, consisting of commercial and office space, offering dozens of outlets. The total area of the centre is 6000 m2. Customers will have 162 parking spaces available to them, located in the underground parking level and around the centre. The opening of the Centrum Kowale is planned for the fourth quarter of 2012. AXI IMMO is responsible for the commercialisation of the investment. Talks are underway with further tenants.
