ET Promo is a new tenant of Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice, AXI IMMO advices
ET Promo has leased over 11000 sq m warehouse and office space in the Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice logistics park. The exclusive representative of the tenant was AXI IMMO, a consulting company.

ET Promo has rented over 11,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice logistics center. The company specializes in comprehensive packaging of food and non-food products and offers complete co-packing services to its clients: from the design to ready product. The sole representative of the tenant was AXI IMMO consulting company.
Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice is a warehousing park of over 97,000 sqm area, built with utmost care for the environment, with BREEAM Excellent certificate. The park is situated in the southern part of Łódź, directly at the trunk road no. 14, near the Port Łódź Shopping Mall. The park’s localization provides easy access to the S14 expressway – the western ring road of Łódź and Pabianice, as well as A1 and A2 highways. The recently finished new segment of the S14 between Aleksandrów Łódzki and Emilia nodes closed the western ring road and made Łódź the first city in Poland with a complete highway and expressway ring around it.
“We’re very happy that this location has been selected by ET Promo to be its new distribution center. The space will be adjusted to the client’s needs, so that it provides for flexible use and allows for the realization of the client’s logistics processes” – says Katarzyna Żbikowska, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska. “Łódź, thanks to its central position in the very heart of Poland near the intersection of A1 and A2 highways, is one of the key places on the logistics map of the country.” – she adds.
AXI IMMO agency was an intermediary in the transaction.

The decision to relocate wasn’t easy, as the one of the most important conditions was finding a location near the existing seat. The client was particularly impressed by the engagement, professionalism and high responsiveness of the Hillwood team, which resulted in making the decision to cooperate with this developer.”
