Delta Trans has leased 5,200 sqm of modern warehouse and office space as part of the investment of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska.  AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the negotiation of the lease agreement.

Delta Trans with the new warehousing space in Ruda Śląska

The Delta Trans company focuses mainly on owning investments. In this case, has decided to lease due to the dynamic development and urgent need to increase its warehouse space. The company has signed a contract with developer Panattoni Europe to lease of  5,200 sq m space. 4,900 sq m occupies the warehouse space and 300 sq m is a modern office space. The property is located in Ruda Śląska, about 5 km from the city centre and 1.5 km from the “Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa” route with is connecting six cities of the Upper Silesia conurbation.
