Tile and ceramic and glass decoration manufacturer Ceramika Paradyż has obtained a permit to operate in the Tomaszów Mazowiecki subzone of the Łódź Special Economic Zone. The company is planning to build a retail, logistics and sales support centre as well as a high storage warehouse. The construction of the first few buildings should take 18 months. “It will be a logistics warehouse with a customising section. The sizes of the building and the warehouse are still subject to changes at the design stage,” revealed Iwona Filipczak of Ceramika Paradyż. The completion of the entire project is planned for 2020. A minimum of PLN 50 mln is to be invested in the project.
