Brökelmann Polska opens a new plant in Opole
AXI IMMO’s BTS department supported Brökelmann Polska at the stages of investment preparation and is managing the project and supervising the investor during construction plant in Opole

Brökelmann Polska is investing in Opole. The modern processing plant for aluminium and steel profiles for automotive and other sectors will have 18 500 sq m of warehouse and production space. The completion of construction is planned for the beginning of December this year. AXI IMMO’s BTS department has supported the client at various stages of the investment and is managing the project and supervising the investor during construction.
Brökelmann Polska specialises in processing aluminium profiles and steel processing. Its main customers are the leading automotive manufacturers. The company is part of the Knauf Interfer group, and it has been operating on the Polish market for over 20 years. Since 2011, it has its headquarters in Opole, in the Opole Logistics Center.
Due to its rapid development, the company decided to build its own facility in Opole. The new plant will be built on a 6 ha plot at Arka Bożki Street in Opole. The new investment will consist of a production and warehouse building with an area of 16,000 sq m and an office building with an area of 2,500 sq m.
AXI IMMO’s BTS department provided the client with comprehensive assistance in the selection of the location, technical consultations, coordination of project work and conduct of the tender for selecting the general contractor. It is currently coordinating the investment and running the investment office on behalf of Brökelmann Polska.

“When planning its new production plant, Brökelmann Polska wanted to stay in Opole because of its employees and its good cooperation with the local government and institutions. I am glad that we managed to find the right plot, where the investment was planned in detail. The new plant will increase the company’s production and storage capacity while increasing the efficiency of the operating space and production processes,” comments Marek Kosielski, BTS Department Director at AXI IMMO.
Currently, the company employs approximately 130 people, which is the new location will rise to 270. The cost of the investment is estimated at PLN 82 million. The general contractor is Adamietz from Strzelce Opolskie.
