AXI IMMO consultants have advised Bel-Pol on the lease agreement negotiation in ECI Annopol Business Park. Floors and doors distributor has leased 580 sq m of warehouse space for 5 years.

Bel-Pol is Polish company, established in 1991. It distributes interior finishing elements – especially the doors and floors. During the year the company achieved turnover approx. 200 mln PLN; it places Bel-Pol at the forefront of the trade. It serves retail, wholesale and investment customers. Bel-Pol employs more than 400 people.
To provide customers with the high availability of products, we carry out intense distribution activities. Because of the continuous development of our company we have decided to lease warehouse space in ECI Annopol Business Park. The property meets our expectations both in terms of size, location, technical specification and the terms of lease agreement – commented Wiesław Maślanka, Regional Manager of Łódzkie and Mazowieckie regions at Bel-Pol.
Our park is very popular among tenants from different industries. We try to respond to the requirements of both manufacturing and logistics companies. Bel-Pol decided to lease high-quality warehouse space in most convenient location for supplying stores in Targówek and Janki and delivering for institutional and individual customers.
