AXI IMMO is active in the automotive sector in Upper Silesia
AXI IMMO, an expert in the commercial real estate, has advised DENSO Poland on its lease of warehouse, manufacturing and office space in Panattoni Park Mysłowice. The Japanese company has leased a total of 4,387 square metres.

DENSO Poland will produce instrument clusters in Mysłowice, investing PLN 16.1 million in the project, and it plans to eventually employ about 70 workers. This is the company’s second investment in Poland, the first being its factory in Tychy, where air-conditioning components are manufactured. The company has leased 3760 m2 of warehouse and production space in Panattoni Park Myslowice and 627 m2 of office space.

DENSO, with its head office in Kariya (Japan), is a global manufacturer of advanced technologies, systems and components for thermal systems, powertrain control systems, as well as electrical, electronics, information technology and security systems.
Upper Silesia is the leader in the warehouse market in terms of the number of companies in the automotive sector. Large investments from companies such as Fiat, Opel, Isuzu and Hyundai are attracting many component manufacturers. In the structure of tenants of warehouse and production space in the region, more than 10% are companies from the automotive sector. This is the second position of logistic operators, of which about 35-40% of their customers are companies related to the automotive industry – said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner AXI IMMO.
Upper Silesia is the second largest warehouse market in the country, with resources at the level of 1.38 million m2. The region attracts tenants due to its favourable position that allows distribution to be organised in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, excellent road and air links with the rest of the country and Europe, the A1 and A4 motorways, and the good local and national road network mean that companies are choosing Upper Silesia. DESNO Poland is a good example,” added Anna Głowacz, Associate Director Industrial & Logistics AXI IMMO.
Panattoni Park Mysłowice is one of the largest warehouse parks in Poland. The park currently consists of seven buildings with a total area of approximately 200,000 m2, and it is located near the A4 motorway, along with the S1 expressway. The park is located about 30 km from the airport at Pyrzowice. The park’s location provides favourable conditions for domestic and international distribution and easy access to qualified staff.
