AXI IMMO has increased Industrial department
Three new people have joined the AXI IMMO team, with the Industrial department receiving strong support.

The new director of Industrial & Logistic has become Michał Śniadała. The Industrial department has also seen the arrival of 2 new specialists. Danuta Dzierżak and Katarzyna Żbikowska have taken the position of Senior Industrial & Logistics Consultant.
“Advisory in industrial and warehouse sector is a strong element of our company. Constantly increasing number of projects and company’s expansion in line of our business strategy, decided about employing new people” – said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner AXI IMMO.
Michał Śniadała – Director Industrial & Logistic
Michał Śniadała has many years experience in real estate. In AXI IMMO his main task is to support the Industrial department and give advice to leading clients in the warehousing and logistics sector. Michał has worked in CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and King Sturge. He began his career in Vos Logistics. He has represented companies such as: Pepsico, Navo, Dachser, Optimum Distribution and many more.
Katarzyna Żbikowska – Senior Consultant Industrial & Logistic
Katarzyna Żbikowska has been linked to the warehouse and logistics sector for over 5 years. She gained her experience advising clients in the real estate agencies Jartom and Emmerson. As Senior Industrial & Logistic Consultant in AXI IMMO she deals with customer support for the lease of warehouse and industrial space. Katarzyna is a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, where she studied Investments and Real Estate.
Danuta Dzierżak – Senior Consultant Industrial & Logistic
Danuta Dzierżak’s career began in the industrial sector at Messer Poland, one of the largest distributors of industrial, speciality and medical gases. She was then associated with the warehouse developer SEGRO, where she was responsible for the company’s marketing activities. She gained her experience as a real estate consultant working for Glob Nieruchomości. She graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow. In AXI IMMO she deals with the lease of industrial and warehouse space.
