AXI IMMO advises Specjał on the lease of more than 10 000 m² of office and warehouse space
AXI IMMO - an expert in commercial real estate - has in recent weeks advised Specjał, one of the largest distributors of speciality food in Poland, in its choice of office and warehouse space in Łódź and Gdańsk. The company has leased more than 10 000 m² in Panattoni Park Łódź East and Prologis Park Gdańsk.

Specjał Capital Group is one of the largest distributors of food products in Poland. The company has 12 distribution centres, which serve retail stores in 9 regions of the country: Podkarpackie, Lower Silesia, Lublin, Łódź, Małopolska, Mazowieckie, Opole, Silesia and Wielkopolska. Specjał Group’s warehouses serve more than 14 000 retail shops. In addition, the company has three franchise brands: Nasz Sklep SA, Delikatesy and Delikatesy Premium Nasz Sklep. The company has leased about 6000 m² in Panattoni Park Łódź East and 4320 m² in Prologis Park Gdańsk.
High-quality warehouse space that allows the company to effectively manage the distribution process is a priority for the company. The storage space rented in both parks meets these requirements, said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO.
Panattoni Park Łódź East is a modern distribution centre, which consists of four buildings with a total area of 132 300 m². Eventually, the park will have an area of almost 160 000 m². The park is located in the eastern part of Łódź, in the district of Widzewe-Olechów, nearby the Andrespol junction of the A1 motorway, just 10 km from the city centre.
ProLogis Park Gdańsk is the largest warehouse park in Pomerania, located at Bysewska Street, near Rębiechowo airport and the S6 expressway by the Tri-City ring road. The distribution park comprises five buildings, with a total area of over 90 000 m². The centre is dedicated to customers interested in renting large and medium-sized warehouse space.
