Hillwood Oleśnica Logistics Park has achieved full occupancy following a major lease agreement with Royal Vaassen Flexible Packaging, a renowned Dutch manufacturer specializing in flexible packaging solutions. This lease marks the completion of the park’s commercial rollout. The tenant was supported in the lease transaction by AXI IMMO, a consulting company.

Royal Vaassen, in operation since 1867, supplies eco-conscious packaging solutions made from aluminum, PET, and paper tailored to the food, industrial, and tobacco sectors. The company is recognized for collaborating with global brands while emphasizing sustainability and carbon footprint reduction.

At Hillwood Oleśnica, Royal Vaassen has leased nearly 13,000 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 600 sq m of office space. AXI IMMO acted as the leasing advisor for this successful transaction.

Its strategic location—just 3 km from central Oleśnica, 34 km from Wrocław, and with direct access to the A4 motorway—ensures efficient distribution channels across Poland and beyond.
