AXI IMMO advises on the lease for Fine Logistics in MLP I
AXI IMMO, an expert in commercial real estate, have advised on the lease of warehouse and office space for Fine Logistics. Logistic operator took more than 2 000 sqm in distribution park Millenium Logistic Park Pruszków I.

Fine Logistics provides freight forwarding and road, air and sea transport services. In addition, the company organises and performs a range of tasks associated with the logistics processes. The company operates in Poland, Europe and throughout the globe. Fine Logistics has warehouses in Leśmierz (Lodz), Gdansk, Wrocław and Pruszkow, totalling more than 15 000 sqm. The company has leased 1440 sqm of warehouse space and 590 sqm. of office space at the MLP Pruszkow I distribution park.

Despite company’s short history on the logistic market, we constantly increase the number of our clients. We offer a range of solutions that significantly enhance the efficiency of logistics processes. Due to new contracts we decided to lease a new space in Pruszkow. We chose the park MLP Pruszkow I, due to its excellent location, just off the A2 motorway junction – said Dariusz Wakuła, CEO of Fine Logistics.
This is another contract at which we advised Fine Logistics. This time the client looked for modern warehouse space with a fairly large component of office space in Warsaw region. Among the presented offers, the company decided to MLP Pruszków I due to the optimum park location to distribution on regional and national scale and the best offer adjusted to company needs – said Wojciech Waryś, Associate Partner AXI IMMO.
MLP Pruszkow I distribution Park
MLP Pruszkow I has been the first park created by the MLP Group. The park is located in Pruszkow, 18 km from Warsaw city centre, a few kilometres from the A2 motorway Konotopa. On 43 ha was developed warehouse park of about 165 000 sqm. The park has access to a railway siding. To each building adjacent large manoeuvring area for trucks and parking for cars. A well-developed public transport network in the vicinity of the complex gives instant access to qualified professionals. At the complex are employed about 3 000 people.
