AXI IMMO advises OBI’s lease renewal of over 50.5 K sqm warehouse in P3 Łódź I, central Poland

The owner of the OBI DIY retail chain has decided to extend the lease agreement for a warehouse with an area of over 50,500 sq m in the P3 Łódź I logistics park located in central Poland. AXI IMMO, the largest Polish advisory firm in the commercial real estate market, advised the tenant in the renegotiation process.

P3, a long-term investor, developer, and manager of high-quality warehouse properties, has announced the extension of a multi-year lease agreement for over 50,596 m² of warehouse space, already used by its existing tenant – the owner of the OBI DIY retail chain.

The main OBI warehouse remains in the P3 Łódź I park

The facility used by OBI is certified under the BREEAM system at the Very Good level, and it has become the company’s main warehouse, where all the products that can be found in OBI’s 61 DIY stores in 41 cities in the country are stored.

P3 Lodz I Park is located in the central part of the country, at the A2 motorway intersection with route E75 and the national road no. 72. This location guarantees efficient and comfortable connection with major metropolitan areas in Poland and abroad. At the same time, the distance to the city centre is only 20 km, and the nearest airport is 27 km away. OBI already fully occupies one warehouse in the park, but the plot allows for further expansion and the construction of another building of nearly 25,000 m².
