Nowa Szkoła, a company specialising in furnishing schools, kindergartens and nurseries, has decided to renegotiate its lease agreement and expand its operations within the Central European Logistics Hub (CELH) in Łódź.

The total space occupied by the tenant within the AEW-owned logistics park will amount to 12,500 sq m. AXI IMMO represented Nowa Szkoła in the transaction.

Under the new lease terms, Nowa Szkoła will occupy 12,500 sq m of logistics space. This area will be supplemented by 340 sq m of office and social facilities.
