Polish company TPL Logistic sets its sights on P3 Błonie park near Warsaw, advised by AXI IMMO
AXI IMMO advised TPL Logistic on signing a lease at P3 Park Błonie.

Polish company TPL Logistic has leased nearly 3,700 sq m of industrial and office space in the P3 Błonie park near Warsaw, increasing the previously occupied space to 5,000 sq m in two warehouses. P3 Logistic Parks was advised in the transaction by Axi Immo.
TPL Logistic is a Polish logistics company providing transport services throughout Europe, specialising in international transport, international and domestic forwarding, warehousing and co-packing.
“Due to the increased interest in our services, we needed a much larger space to provide a consistently high service to our clients. And because we are satisfied with the cooperation with P3 so far, we decided to stay in our current location. The location of the P3 Błonie park in the geographical centre of Polish logistics helps with day-to-day operations, especially for companies such as ours,” says Łukasz Szymański, TPL Logistic.
Paweł Bułajewski, Senior Advisor, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO, explains: “Under the new agreement, the client is almost doubling its space and moving to a more modern hall offering higher storage capacity. The good relationships maintained for years played an important role in the negotiation process. These allowed the attractive terms of the agreement to be reached to the satisfaction of both parties.”
Park P3 Błonie is 27 km west of Warsaw, at the intersection of National Road 92 and the A2 motorway, part of the E30 European transit route. Thanks to its excellent location, the park has several long-standing tenants operating nationwide. The park comprises 15 buildings, which, in addition to typical warehouse space, also include cold stores, freezers and a data centre.
By continually modernising the facilities and tailoring them to the individual needs of tenants, P3 is creating excellent opportunities for many companies from various industries to grow in this location.
“Park P3 Błonie has been one of the investments in the Polish P3 portfolio for the longest time, nearly ten years. Initially, the park consisted of 196,000 sq m, today, its total area is over 315,000 sq m. For all these years, the park’s popularity among companies needing modern warehouse space has remained very high. This confirms that clients appreciate our commitment during the leasing process and later during the daily management activities,” says Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland.
