4,200 sqm for Sushi & Food Factor in P3 Poznan
AXI IMMO advises Sushi & Food Factor in renegotiations and expansion of a total of 4,200 sq m. production and warehouse space in P3 Poznan.

Sushi & Food Factor, producer, and distributor of ready-to-eat Japanese cuisine, has decided to renegotiate the lease agreement for 2,400 sq m of production and warehouse space in parallel with the expansion of another 1,800 sqm as part of the P3 Poznan Park. AXI IMMO was responsible for comprehensive transaction support and negotiations on behalf of the client.
Sushi & Food Factor is a Polish company producing ready Japanese dishes under its logo – Sushi4You, Wrap4You, Onigiri4You, Asia4You and Ready4You as well as under own brands created on behalf of Polish and foreign stores, retail chains and gas stations. The company started operating in October 2015 and today employs approximately 160 people.
Larger warehouse for Sushi & Food Factor
– Less than three years ago, we opened and structured new production areas, and now we are taking another step forward to maintain our dominance position in Europe. Our products are well known not only in Poland, but also in Germany and Hungary. Additionally, we see upward trend in demand for ready Japanese dishes, that’s why we decided to increase our lease space by 1,800 sqm in P3 Park Poznan. The new space will fully serve as a supply warehouse for dry row materials. Through expansion, we will be able to increase our production capacity almost twice, which will also result in offering new jobs – says Tomasz Nawrocki, Sushi & Food Factor.

Successful renegotiations and expansion with AXI IMMO
– The main factor determining singing of the new contract was the intention to expansion within the existing park. Long-term cooperation and open dialogue regarding client’s needs with developer certainly helped to find the best available solution. During the negotiations, we agreed that the priority is to keep qualified staff i.e. remains in the same location and in the same time provides convenient logistics solutions. Logistic centre in Greater Poland
Park P3 Poznan is one of the largest logistics parks in Greater Poland. It offers over 190,000 sqm of industrial and office space and the possibility of expansion by another over 200,000 sqm space in the BTS projects. Park P3 Poznan is located in the village Robakowo/Gądki, 16 km from the Poznan city centre and 2.4 km from the S11 expressway which is linked to the A2 motorway. The connection allows comfortable transport to the east to Warsaw and the west to Berlin. Nearby is located a bus stop.
