28 000 sqm completed at Panattoni Park Mysłowice
Panattoni Europe has completed another development stage at Panattoni Park Mysłowice.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, has completed another development stage at Panattoni Park Mysłowice. The new seventh facility with 28,000 sqm of industrial space is leased by three companies: CEVA Logistics, Manuli Hydraulics (9 300 sqm) and Valeo (9 200 sqm).
Panattoni Europe completed construction works of the seventh building in Panattoni Park Mysłowice – one of the largest distribution centres in Poland. The new building comprises over 28 000 sqm and is dedicated to three tenants: the representative of the logistics industry CEVA Logistics, Manuli Hydraulics – the world leader in the hydraulic industry, which will take up 9 300 sqm and Valeo – automotive components manufacturer for the OEM market and spare parts, which will occupy 9 200 sqm.
Panattoni Park Mysłowice is one of the largest distribution centres in Poland – it will ultimately consist of eight buildings and after the final phase of construction will total over 200 000 sqm. The investment is situated near the A4 motorway, along with the expressway S1. It sits only 30 kilometres from the airport in Pyrzowice. The Park provides ideal conditions for domestic and international distribution and easy access to a qualified labour pool. Panattoni Park Mysłowice lies near the entrance ramp onto the A4 motorway, which guarantees easy connection to the cities of Upper Silesia and the borders with the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The well-developed road infrastructure in the south of Poland provides extensive logistics possibilities to the companies located at the park.
