Two Trinity Park III tenants renew and expand leases
Two tenants of the Trinity Park III office building in Warsaw, Amadeus Polska and Marketplanet, have decided to prolong and expand their leases.

Travel platform Amadeus Poland will extend its existing 2,000 sqm lease by another 1,000 sqm. Meanwhile, IT company Marketplanet will enlarge the space it occupies in the seven-floor building by over 1,000 sqm. Trinity Park III, which was the first BREEAM-certified building in Poland, offers app. 32,000 sqm of office space and 880 parking spaces.
