Parkridge Central & Eastern Europe just started the implementation of the first stage of Parkridge Business Center Wrocław
Parkridge Central & Eastern Europe, a developer of modern warehouse and office facilities and a leading developer of retail space, just started the implementation of the first stage of Parkridge Business Center Wrocław.
The site includes two warehouse-office buildings with a total area of 11,040 sqm. (5670 and 5370 sqm.). The general contractor is a Goldbeck company. Date of putting into operation of this phase is planned for January 2011. The object is in the process of commercialization and is very popular among prospective tenants.
About accommodation
Parkridge Business Center, Wroclaw is a modern office and warehouse. Will be composed of 5 buildings which offer a total of nearly 17.5 thousand. sqm. and 10 warehouse / office buildings totalling more than 50 thousand. sqm.
