The site is intended for new investment, which will eventually deliver over 40,000 sq m of production and warehouse space. The first units may be available for lease by Q 4 2015.

Preparation works for the construction have started. The plot is conveniently located at a recently developed road linking Fiat factory and the rest of the area of Tychy Special Economic Zone. The location is close to the National Road no. 1 and the S1 expressway, which allows for excellent distribution in the CEE region.

The new facility will be the second SEGRO’s investment in Tychy. The first one – SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy, is located on 13-hectare site within close proximity to the National Road no. 1, just 22 km from Katowice and offers 56,000 sq m of flexible warehouse and production space.
