ProLogis has signed leases with a total area of 48 700 sq m. Thus, after signing a contract with the German band LOXX, company engaged in international transportation, domestic distribution and logistics service, ProLogis Park Warsaw II is currently at 100 percent hired.
The first customer of the new storage facility located in Rawa Mazowiecka was the company Pepco, a nationwide network of discount stores, offering articles of apparel and industrial products for everyday use. The company has rented 12 600 sq m of warehouse space. Papyrus, dealing with wholesale of paper and packaging materials as well as international media company leased a total of over 18 000 sq m of space in the complex located 25 km from Warsaw – ProLogis Park Blonie.
Also signed an agreement in Silesia. Network Deichmann shoe stores hired nearly 10 500 sq m of space in ProLogis Park Wroclaw III, a worldwide leader in supplying the automotive industry, took 3 555 sq m in the distribution facility at ProLogis Park Dąbrowa Górnicza.
