Prologis leases 7,500 sqm to Leader Logistics in Poland
Prologis has signed a new lease agreement for 7,500 sqm of industrial and office space at Prologis Park Wroclaw III.
Prologis has signed a new lease agreement for 7,500 sqm of industrial and office space at Prologis Park Wroclaw III, with Leader Logistics, a Wroclaw-based provider of comprehensive services in the field of road, sea and air transportation, and a member of the Pall-Ex Group, the leader in palletised freight distribution services. Following this transaction the facility is now 97 percent pre-let.
Leader Logistics, a new customer for Prologis, arranges full truckload, partial and groupage shipments with insurance and simplified customs clearance and is also a contracted logistics provider. Its customers include companies from the automotive, sanitary and food industries.
Prologis Park Wroclaw III comprises 148,000 sqm of space and is located next to the Wroclaw Motorway Ring Road, on Graniczna Street, seven kilometres southeast of Wroclaw and 3.5 kilometres from the airport.
