ProLogis, the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it signed a fourth-quarter lease agreement with a leading consumer packaged goods company in Poland for 11,800 square metres in ProLogis Park Sochaczew.

ProLogis Park Sochaczew is a modern distribution park comprising six buildings and totalling 101,200 square metres of warehouse and office space. The Park is located in the eastern part of the city of Sochaczew, directly off the national E30 road (Warsaw-Berlin) and approximately 50 kilometres west of Warsaw city centre. The site is connected to the national road No. 50 (Germany-Lithuania) and has its own railway siding that links to the international railway connection (Berlin-Moscow).
