ProLogis, the leader of industrial space, will build a warehouse area totalling 22 350 m2 at ProLogis Park Prague – Jirny in the Czech Republic.

The new tenant is a Globus company, operator of hypermarkets in the Czech Republic. Globus, which already leases about 43 000 square meters in the same park, will move into a new warehouse after construction. The new distribution centre is located 20 kilometres east of Prague, at the first node of the motorway D11.
