ProLogis has signed three contracts.
ProLogis, a supplier of logistics centres, has signed three contracts to carry out the objects of type build-to-suit with a total area of approximately 36.1 thousand. sqm.
Objects become distribution in northern Germany, in Vienna and Leipzig. Estimated total investment value is approximately $ 31 million.
