Panattoni Europe, the leader in the warehouse space sector in Poland, is looking back at 2010: approx. 356,000 m² of space leased, 300,000 m² under development, approx. 400,000 m² of space sold and the lowest vacancy rate.

Moreover, the developer signed the biggest lease contract – with Tesco for 57,000 m², and received the prestigious title of the Developer of the Decade, as well as entered the retail market.
