Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Central Europe, has become an exclusive business partner of Adelardis Park in Pilsen, Czech Republic. Panattoni Europe has signed an agreement with Adelardis a.s. to become leasing manager of the real estate logistic property in Pilsen. Adelardis Park consists of six halls offering altogether over 20,000 square meters of warehouse space.
Panattoni will be also responsible for the asset management of the logistics centre. Adelardis Park is located in the industrial zone of Pilsen city. The distribution centre offers state-of-the-art production/warehouse and office space especially suitable for light production or manufacturing purposes. The units available within the park range from 400 to 6,000 square meters, flexibly adapted to tenants needs with regards to the office and sanitary areas. The property disposes of multiple parking lots, public canteen and transportation, with 24/7 security service. The technical specification of the buildings allows for the floor loading of 5t/sqm. The clear height is 7m.
