Panattoni Europe and Zelmer
Panattoni Europe has laid the foundation stone of a modern industrial facility for the Capital Group Zelmer.
The investment is being in the Special Economic Zone Euro Park Mielec (this is a build-to-suit project with an area of 32 500 sqm).
The new investment will fulfil three functions: production (approximately 17 500 sqm.), storage (11 000 sqm.) and social-office (4 000 sqm.) otalling 32 500 sqm. (…) Source: Eurologistics, www.eurologistics.pl
