New lease agreement in PointPark Poznań
PointPark Properties (P3) - Pan European developer and asset manager of modern logistics parks, has announced the signing of an agreement with PF CONCEPT International for a lease of approximately 23,000 sqm of warehouse space for a new build-to-suit project in PointPark Poznan.
PF CONCEPT International is the market leader in promotional products, creation and distribution. The build-to-suit project will be fully handed over to the client in July 2011. PF Concept will occupy new A class property in PointPark Poznan which will be the third stand alone building in this par.
PointPark Poznan is located 10 km from Poznan, linked to A2 highway (Warsaw-Berlin) and fulfils our strategic goal: to become the perfect solution for effective regional and cross border supply chain and logistics projects within Poland and Europe. When it is fully built-out, the Poznan PointPark will total approximately 181,000 sqm.
