Multichem a new tenant at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki
Multichem, a Polish provider of automotive paint and refinish leased over 2 000 sq m of space within Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki.
Pursuant to the agreement with SEGRO Multichem will occupy in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań over 2 000 sq m of warehouse space with an over 100 sq m office unit.
SEGRO bought the park comprising over 76 000 sq m end of June 2014 and it’s the second investment of the developer in the Poznań’s region, the other is SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki.
Multichem Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company offering complex automotive refinish product range under the brand name PROFIX. The company offers for instance: colour matching systems for automotive and industrial paints, thinners, resins and pigment pastes. Currently the company has offices in over 50 countries, where over 2 000 locations use the company mixing systems. Multichem focuses on research and development of products, which meet the most demanding requirements of environmental protection.
SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki is a modern logistics centre located in central Poland, 13 km away from the centre of Poznań, adjacent to the S11 expressway to Katowice and A2 motorway (East-West). The complex will eventually offer 76 000 sq m of space devoted to logistics and industrial activities.
