The Mirbud constructors will erect a 35,700 sqm hall, 10,000 sqm of which has been already leased by the electronics retailer Komputronik. The new warehouse is scheduled to be completed by January 31st, 2015. The development comes as the first stage of the three-building Panattoni Park Poznań IV logistic park, which is set to deliver 116,500 sqm of space in total.
