This is Goodman’s first speculative build in central Europe in the past 18 months and is 27% pre-let to Kraków-based company SCOT, a specialist in printing solutions.

SCOT will be Goodman’s first customer at Kraków Airport Logistics Centre and has committed to pre-leasing a 3.500 sqm warehouse and 508 sqm of office space. Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2011.
