The company SwedeCenter chose the general contractor, Hochtief company of the first phase of the complex Business Garden in Warsaw.
Business Garden is the first eco-business park and one of the largest office projects in Warsaw. The complex with an area of 90,000 m2 will consist office space with the retail part, hotel and conference facilities. Completion of the first part is scheduled for the third quarter of 2012.
Business Garden is composed of seven buildings on a plot of 6 hectares. The first phase of the project includes construction of two buildings with a total lettable area of about 32,000 m2. The first will be 14,600 m2 of office space and commercial property. An additional feature hotel-conference will provide 200-room business hotel with a convention centre. The second building will offer a total of 17,500 m2 of office space. (…)
