Panattoni, a developer of industrial space in Europe, has signed an agreement for a project build-to-suit in Panattoni Park Prague-Airport. Panattoni will build the fifth building in the park with an area of 11 500 sq m, of which 6 500 sq m has rent DSV Road, logistics service provider. Building 4 will also include approximately 5 000 sq m devoted to the potential expansion of the DSV or dedicated to the new tenant. Start of construction is planned for May 2011.
