PEKAES, a leading logistics operator, will occupy 11,500 sq m, and the developer will secure another 4,000 sq m. For its future expansion. Panattoni, leader in the industrial real estate market in Europe, informed that the developer is expanding Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport to meet the needs of a new tenant.

The logistics operator PEKAES at Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport will use a warehouse and a crossdock hall with 34 loading platforms and 34 sectional gates and an external ramp. The area will also be available through a gate from the ‘0’ level and 3 sectional doors with a ramp exit. The company will also occupy over 800 sq m of office space.
According to the developer, PEKAES will start operations at Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport in March 2021. The building will take about six months to complete. The space will be prepared in accordance with the BREEAM certification at the VERY GOOD level.
The warehouse space in the Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport distribution center is an attractive location for logistics companies. The park is located in Gdańsk, in the western part of the city, in the industrial district of Kokoszki. Very good location of the warehouse close to the Tricity Beltway (S6) leading to the A1 motorway, enables quick access to the entire area of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia and neighboring towns, as well as to the Tricity airport and seaport.
