Advantech is a producer of industrial computers, medical devices and embedded systems used in industry, energy, transport and medicine. The company will be opening a training centre, and a service and distribution centre in a new complex being developed by Ideal Idea in the Polish capital: Ideal Idea Park III. It will be equipped with a building management system and an Advantech energy management system for the reduction of costs. The new tenant will occupy three modules, including 940 sqm of office space, 600 sqm of service space and 940 sqm of warehouse space – around 2,470 sqm in total. According to the plans, Advantech will move to its new premises when the building is due to be completed in April 2015.
