Service charge analysis
The Service Charge analysis concerns the costs of common charges, i.e. the costs of using the building, which are borne by all tenants of both the office building and the warehouse hall.
Common costs include: maintenance of the reception desk, insurance, taxes, property security, property maintenance, cleaning, as well as costs of electricity, heating, water consumption and sewage disposal,
The service charge analysis is performed during the running cost audit, when the tenant is already renting the space, as well as before the space is leased, to compare the total rental costs when deciding on the choice of space to let.
Service cost audit is an additional cost for the tenant.
