TXM, the owner of discount clothing stores in Poland, is relocating its office and central warehouse to Exeter Park in Sosnowiec. The tenant will occupy an area of over 4,000 sq m and will soon start operating in new headquarters. TXM was represented in the negotiation and selection of a new location by AXI IMMO company.

TXM S.A. offers fashionable and low-priced clothing for the whole family and home decoration items. The company was established in 1989, and currently, TXM products are available in over 200 outlets in Poland and through the online store.

Exeter Park Sosnowiec is a modern class A logistics park is offering 36 000 sq m of space, located next to national road no 79, right next to the S1 express route, and 4 km from the junction with the A4 highway. The tenants have maneuvering areas, modern docks, entry gates from level 0, parking lots for cars and trucks, and social and office space for their disposal. Near the facility, there is a bus stop and a railway station.
