International logistics providers Fiege and ND Logistics have selected PointPark Mszczonów logistics park, located 45 km to the southwest of Warsaw, to expand their businesses. Fiege has signed a new leasing contract for 20,578 sqm, while ND Logistics has agreed to an extension of its existing space by 2,424 sqm. Together the two deals constitute a new business for the park of 23,000 sqm. PointPark Mszczonów comprises three buildings totalling 95,857 sqm, with the potential to expand this to 318,981 sqm in 12 buildings. With the new contracts, 44,665 sqm of the park is occupied. PointPark Properties (P3) is the developer of the complex.
