A modern design of the Arskom Group office

Arskom Group has leased over 600 sqm of modern office space with a view of the Vistula River in Warsaw. The new headquarters of the company was designed in accordance with the latest trends. The office has been divided into a few zones.  There is a room for the quiet zone, open space, spacious kitchen and meeting places. In the design of the new Arskom office dominates industrial, modern look obtained thanks to the opening of the ceilings, multi-level glazing, unusual graphite colour of the walls and completing the project design wooden elements. Additionally, architects didn’t forget about perfect acoustic and applied solutions that meet the highest requirements for an open office which should meet to reduce noise.

We needed a location with good access to public transport, and at the same time with a short distance from the National Stadium and the Legia Stadium.  Unique modern office space on the banks of the Vistula River in Warsaw

The Tides is a modern seven-storey office and residential complex, offering approx. 12,000 sq m of office space. The facility is located on the bank of the Vistula River at Wioslarska St. in Warsaw’s Powiśle district.

The central location at the intersection of the Poniatowski bridge and Wisłostrada route. It enables quick access by public transport, thanks to the numerous bus, tram and WKD lines intersecting here. Employees can get to the office very quickly by metro (metro station nearby Centrum Nauki Kopernik) as well as by car. Moreover, due to the location along the longest bicycle route of the capital, they can reach from the whole of Warsaw by bicycle.

The building was designed by the well-known architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates. Its biggest advantage is the location on the very shore, which gives tenants a unique view.
