Modern warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki
3xk has leased a modern warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki. The choice of board games distributor and toys fell on the A-class property of a private developer, where 3xk took approx. 1000 sq m of warehouse space and approx. 200 sq m of office and social space.
Due to the fast development of our company we have been looking for a warehouse near Warsaw which will meet our expectations in terms of size and quality. Our on-line store customers expect not only competitive prices, but also fast delivery. We have replaced the existing, smaller warehouse to a larger one in order to maintain the effectiveness and efficient of the orders – comments Krzysztof Kozłowski, 3xk owner.
The challenge in this process was a time. Our client dynamic growth of orders was a main cause of looking for a new space. We have to find the warehouse suited to the Client’s needs in short time – adds Jakub Kokiernak, consultant at AXI IMMO, who advised in the lease.
3xk puts emphasis on the variety of assortment and speed of order fulfilment. The company is a double winner (2015, 2016) of the e-Gazele Biznesu ranking created by the business daily Puls Biznesu.
