TOOPLPORT has signed an agreement to lease almost 5,000 sq m of warehouse and office space in Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski. One of the largest European retailers of tents and pavilions is to open its first distribution hub in Poland. AXI IMMO represented the tenant in the negotiation of the lease agreement.
TOOLPORT is a European retailer of professional tents and pavilions for use throughout the year. TOOLPORT’s headquarters is in Germany and is present in 27 countries throughout Europe. In Poland, the company operates under the PROFINAMIOT brand.
TOOLPORT rapid development in Poland
“The decision to lease warehouse space was due to our rapid development in Poland and the increased number of orders. We were looking for a warehouse immediately available that would allow us to distribute quickly throughout the country. Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski best met our expectations,” comments Eva Petersen (CEO of PROFINAMIOT).
“The client was looking for modern warehouse space in a convenient location for processing orders in Poland. An additional important requirement was to effectively display the company’s logo from the motorway. Logistic City, clearly visible from the S8 expressway, was unrivalled compared to other facilities available in Central Poland,” adds Hubert Wojtera, Senior Industrial & Logistic Consultant at AXI IMMO.
A modern distribution centre in Central Poland
Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski is a modern distribution centre with an area of 136,000 sqm, distinguished by its location in Central Poland. The strategic location by the junction of the A1 motorway with the S8 expressway makes it possible to communicate quickly with suppliers and customers.
