TECH LIGHT with new location near Warsaw
TECH LIGHT moves into the Panattoni A2 Warsaw East Park next to the Stary Konik Junction on A2 Motorway near Warsaw. AXI IMMO provided TECH LIGHT with a comprehensive advisory service for this transaction.

TECH LIGHT, a manufacturer and designer of LED lighting profiles, has decided to relocate to Panattoni A2 Warsaw East Park, situated next to Stary Konik junction near Warsaw. The tenant moved into 1,200 sqm of warehouse and office space already in August. Comprehensive advisory services for TECH LIGHT were provided by AXI IMMO.
TECH LIGHT specialises in designing, producing and selling ready-made lighting solutions. The company is developing the production of aluminium profiles, led tapes and UV resistant polycarbonate covers. Every year, TECH LIGHT introduces new designs of profiles corresponding to the current needs of customers. The company has operated on the Polish market since 2014.
TECH LIGHT headquarters and warehouse in a new location
– After several years of presence in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district, we moved our operations out of Warsaw. Among several proposed locations, the warehouse in Konik Nowy turned out to be the best choice, meeting our expectations, i.e. it offered a high standard of space and was available for letting immediately – says Anna Szostek, CEO, TECH LIGHT.
TECH LIGHT has already moved into its new space in August 2021. It consists of 1000 sqm of warehouse and 200 sqm of office space. The new premises have taken over the function of a warehouse and distribution centre, and in time will also house light production. Work is currently underway to adapt the staff and social space to the company’s requirements.
Warehouse for immediate lease
– The client had clear expectations regarding the new headquarters and was looking for a warehouse for immediate lease, preferably in Warsaw’s Zone I or II, with good exposure from the ring road and comfortable access to the expressway. The developer’s great flexibility and assistance in designing the new office were important factors in choosing Panattoni A2 Warsaw East Park – explains Artur Charkiewicz, Consultant, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO.
– Panattoni A2 Warsaw East Park consists of three modern warehouse halls totalling 88,000 sqm, providing high-quality storage. It offers the possibility of adapting to light production. The logistic park is distinguished by high standard warehouses (class A) and modern office buildings with large windows. In all our investments, we pay attention to environmentally friendly solutions in line with the company’s Go Earthwise sustainability concept. That is why our park is certified in the BREEAM system at the “Very Good” level. These unquestionable advantages of our warehouse park, combined with a great location on the A2 motorway, resulted in another finalized transaction, which we are happy about – highlights Magdalena Kot, Leasing Manager, Panattoni.
Panattoni A2 Warsaw East Park warehouse center
Panattoni A2 Warsaw East Park is a logistics centre that will ultimately form a complex of three halls totalling 88,000 sqm. The investment is located just off the A2 motorway, near the “Konik” junction, 20 km from Minsk Mazowiecki and 24 km from Warsaw. The warehouse centre meets the requirements following BREEAM system standards at the “Very Good” level.
