System Transport Sp. z o.o. opened a new logistics and distribution centre in Koninko near Poznan
The System Transport for its consultant in the process of selecting the location and negotiating the lease terms at Panattoni Park Poznań VI has been chosen by AXI IMMO.

The logistics operator has signed a lease contract for 4,400 sq m in the Panattoni Park Poznan VI located in Koninko near Poznan. System Transport has started operation in the new logistics and distribution centre in April. System Transport chose AXI IMMO as its consultant in the process of selecting the location and negotiating the lease terms.
System Transport, specializing in the lifestyle sector, in April 2019 opened a new logistics and distribution centre in Koninko near Poznan. On over 3,830 sq m warehouse space and 570 sq m office space, the company will run logistic operations for existing and new clients from Central Europe and Nordic countries. The consulting company AXI IMMO supported the System Transport in the process of selecting and negotiating the terms of lease of the new area.
System Transport in a great location
System Transport Sp. z o.o. is a logistics operator that has been operating on the Polish market for 20 years and is part of the Danish System Transport A / S group. Outside Poland, the company’s branches are located in Denmark and Germany. The main activity of the new tenant of the Panattoni Park Poznan VI is organization of international transport and logistics for the textile industry and products from the lifestyle category as well as modern management of reverse logistics. The operator’s offer also includes short- and long-term storage, collection and packaging, cardboard packaging of goods, shipment to stores, as well as comprehensive service of e-commerce sector orders.

Efficient transfer and start-up of operations

Rafał Jabłoński from System Transport Sp. z o.o. adds that while choosing Panattoni Park Poznan VI, it was also important to be able to prepare a relatively large office and social unit. The new logistics centre System Transport Sp. z o.o. started operating in mid-April 2019. The storage area has a total storage capacity of almost 4,000 pallets, a reloading zone has been prepared for cross-docking operations. The System Transport offer also includes a transparent system of shipment monitoring based on modern telematics systems, integrated with the operator’s WMS and TMS.
A distribution centre in Koninko
Panattoni Park Poznan VI is a modern distribution centre in Koninko. Located 12 km from the centre of Poznan, in the vicinity of the S11 expressway and the A2 motorway. The location of the park enables the efficient organization of the East-West supply chain. The park consists of two warehouse buildings with a total area of 31,369 sq m equipped with unloading docks and entry gates from the “0” level. Tenants have spacious manoeuvring areas and additional parking spaces at their disposal.
