Logistics provider Fiege has renewed its 8,300 sqm lease and expanded by 3,100 sqm in the ‘DC1’ hall at Prologis Park Hegyeshalom. The new lease means that Fiege has taken up all the remaining developed space in the complex. Prologis Park Hegyeshalom, close to the borders with Austria and Slovakia, comprises one 24,100 sqm building and has the potential for six offering 150,000 sqm. The owner and operator of the complex are Prologis.
