Prologis has leased 25,500 sqm at Prologis Park Janki on the outskirts of Warsaw to logistics operator Rohlig Suus Logistics.

The tenant has taken up all the available 18,500 sqm plus a 7,000 sqm extension, which will be adapted to its needs. The park is Prologis’ first speculative development in Poland since 2009 and comprises 91,000 sqm in three buildings.
